The FIFA World Cup-2002 was the seventeenth performance of the World Cup held in the Republic of Korea and Japan since 31st May to 30th Jun. it was also the first World Cup held in Asia. Brazil won the competition with a record of fifth time and beating Germany 2-0 in the final match.
